Guests of Jaan’s House can have access to Hi-Lo Sonics, a state-of-the-art recording studio located in the heart of Nashville’s 12 South area. Featuring a Motown-owned 1974 MCI JH-428 console and a 70’s Studer A-80 2” tape machine, we offer the mojo and vibe you need to achieve the sound you want. (Reservations must be made in advance)

Feel the need to perfect your set before the show? Choose between our acoustically-treated or live rehearsal spaces. Loudness is encouraged.
